Terms & Conditions


- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled by Love the Game UK and no alternative session can be arranged. This does not include School sessions that have been cancelled by the School when Love the Game UK have committed to the agreed session, we will however do everything we can to arrange an alternative session on another date in its place.

- Love The Game UK or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- Love The Game UK reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at enquiries@lovethegameuk.co.uk

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- If there are any sessions cancelled due to typical bad weather, Love The Game UK will attempt to offer a make-up session, or parents can request a refund for that session only 

- If you are updating your terms and conditions at any stage, it may be worth keeping a copy of the old ones in the case you may need them in future - as certain parents may only have agreed to the old conditions.
